Vern - Nevada
Our friend Vern found this heinous bunch polluting the beautiful Nevada desert. This aerial trash can travel thousands of miles & always fall as ugly, deadly, litter. It's sad to see this flyaway garbage replace a natural jack-o-lantern. Unfortunately, wasteful balloons have been injected into every holiday.

Our Dad
Our Dad nabbed this heinous bunch of "first birthday" balloons that was polluting a tree on the side of the road. It's a shame people celebrate important milestones with such wasteful garbage.

Trevor - Florida
Our friend Trevor in Florida retrieved this balloon from the Atlantic Ocean while at beautiful Satellite Beach. Nice save! Thumbs down to balloons, thumbs up to you!
Balloon sellers claim latex balloons with no strings/ribbons will burst into minuscule pieces, as shown here, that's not true!

Shelley - New York
Our friend Shelley in New York got tangled up in the remnants of this Mylar balloon while swimming at Robert Moses State Park. "At least I had my hands and fingers to untangle myself, unlike any poor sea creature that would have gotten caught in it!"

Bryan - Florida
Our friend Bryan in Florida caught this gnarly latex balloon out in the surf off beautiful Hutchinson Island. Nice save!

Alyssa - New Jersey
Our friend Alyssa in New Jersey found this Smurfs balloon that's almost as big as her! This flyaway trash is getting bigger & more wasteful of Helium, and more dangerous in powerlines!

Timmy - California
Our friend Timmy in California found this balloon & a bunch of other plastic crap at his campsite at the beautiful Sequioa National Park, 8,000 feet above sea level. Nice save!

Hollis - New Jersey
Our friend Hollis in New Jersey found 3 Mylar graduation balloons within 10 minutes of getting on the beach. Boo!

Tony - Florida
Our 4-year-old friend Tony in Florida often finds balloons polluting beautiful Jacksonville Beach while he's playing. He knows balloons are harmful to wildlife & he wants people to know that they shouldn't let them go! Thanks for protecting our animal friends, little buddy.

PJ, Matt & Caitlin - Florida Keys
Our friends PJ, Matt & Caitlin in the Florida Keys found this balloon polluting the beautiful Sombrero reef, endangering the abundant sea life. Nice save! Much respect for your work helping our sea turtle friends at The Turtle Hospital.

Darby - California
Our friend Darby in California found this Hello Kitty balloon trashing the desert. He hikes with his family all the time & they always pick up trash & spent balloons. The desert has a lot of wildlife that suffers because of trash. The Mojave Desert tortoise is already on the "threatened" list & often mistake balloons as food. Nice save! Thanks for protecting our animal friends.

Colin - Maryland
Our friend Colin in Maryland grabbed this gnarly Mylar while he was playing in the waves at beautiful Assateague State Park. Nice catch!

Angela - Alaska
Our friend Angela in Alaska found this latex balloon polluting the beautiful, remote northwest coast. Good save!

Eloise
Our 2-year-old friend Eloise found this trashy cluster of balloons & ribbons that washed up on the shores of Lake Michigan. She & her family often find balloon litter polluting their beautiful sugar-beach all summer long. They also find too much single-use, disposable plastic, which they say is a great lesson for the entire family- "don't let them go! And buy and support reusable products!"

Our friend Bob in New Jersey found some trashy balloons & a bunch of other crap while at East Point Lighthouse. Much respect to you & Elisa for your weekly cleanups!

Ms. Perryman's Class - Illinois
Had fun skyping with Ms. Perryman's class in Illinois the other day. Such a great bunch of students. Not long after, their teacher found a balloon & recovered it before it went down the storm drain. Much respect to this awesome group of kids who are working to raise awareness about protecting Biodiversity.
