Flotsam & Jetsam 8

10 balloons
Stopped for some salt after work today. Single-use plastic bottles, plastic caps, plastic straws, oily polystyrene, more Cuban & Haitian debris. And of course balloons – 10 latex.

Take 3
Took a little time to Take 3 (and 3 more) before sunset. Single-use plastic bottles, plastic caps, plastic straws, shoes, polystyrene & more oily debris from Cuba & Haiti. And, of course, 2 latex balloons.

9 balloons
The seas are angry, my friends! Thanks to a tropical storm, the plastic is being purged. Lots of single-use plastic bottles, plastic caps, plastic straws, plastic lighters, shoes, more oil-laden polystyrene & Cuban & Haitian debris. And, of course, 9 balloons – 3 latex & 6 mylar.

Plastic is choking the sea
Same crap, different beach. 2 miles south of yesterday’s beach. All washed ashore. Single-use plastic bottles, plastic caps, plastic straws, plastic utensils, oil-laden polystyrene, fishing gear, shoes, about 50 feet of rope & countless plastic chips. And, of course, 7 balloons – 6 latex & remnants of 1 Mylar. Please, refuse single-use plastics!
